DEADLINES AND DELIVERY ・ No rushing, as I have obligations other than art. A rush fee may apply if necessary, but must be discussed. USE ・ I reserve the right to add the artwork to my portfolio, stream the process, and post WIPs. In case of confidentiality, you must mention it to me before I start the commission. ・ The client must give the proper credits to me. The client is not allowed to claim to be the author of the artwork even in case of confidentiality. ・ For any of my artworks, clients are not allowed to resell, modify, trace, use for AI or turn them into NFTs. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS ・ I retain copyright of all artworks. COMMUNICATION ・ I have the right to refuse any commissions if I feel uncomfortable for whatever reason.
