ACGGOODS is a Print-On-Demand (POD) customization platform. We are dedicated to providing high-quality custom products and services for creators. To ensure fair and efficient operation of the platform, we have established the following refund and after-sales policies.
Reminder: By registering an account and successfully completing payment, you agree to all terms and policies of this platform.
Refund Policy
All products are made to order (POD). Once an order is paid, production begins automatically. As a result, we do not accept any form of cancellation or refund unless covered by our after-sales support terms.
❌ Non-Refundable Situations:
- You changed your mind or no longer want the item
- Incorrect order details (size, color, type, etc.)
- Unauthorized or third-party payments
- Delivery time did not meet expectations
After-Sales Policy
If there’s an issue with your order, please contact us within 30 days of delivery to request after-sales support.
🚫 Please do not return any items without explicit instruction from our team.
✅ Eligible for Reprint or Refund:
- Product Quality Issues
- Damaged during shipping
- Functional defects
- Severe printing issues
- Order Inconsistencies
- Incorrect item received
- Missing items, incomplete set
- Shipping Issues
- Courier confirms package lost
- Shipment returned due to logistics error, weather, flights, or policies that we can’t take controls.
❌ Not Covered by After-Sales:
- Dislike of product or mistaken orders
- Damage after delivery due to user mishandling
- Package marked as delivered but lost or stolen
- Incorrect or incomplete address/contact info
Order Changes & Cancellations
Once paid, your order is submitted to production automatically. We don’t support modifications or cancellations of confirmed orders. If the order status shows “Processing” or “Shipped,” it can no longer be altered or refunded.
Design Approval Responsibility
Uploaded artwork is considered final. Previews are for reference only. Minor differences in color, texture, or clarity may occur due to display or material differences and are not considered defects.
Users are responsible for ensuring their design meets platform specifications. We are not liable for defects caused by design errors.

Late or Incomplete Requests Will Be Rejected:
- After-sales requests submitted beyond 30 days of delivery or without complete supporting materials will not be processed.
- Failure to cooperate in a timely manner during the resolution process will be considered a voluntary forfeiture of after-sales rights.
Copyright & Content Responsibility
All designs uploaded to ACGGOODS must be original or fully licensed.
The following are strictly prohibited:
- AI-generated images or assets
- Unauthorized use of IP, celebrity likenesses, logos
- Any political, pornographic, hate, or violent content
We reserve the right to reject or cancel any order and ban accounts for violations. All legal consequences are borne by the user.
Platform Liability Limitation
If a loss is caused due to a confirmed error on the part of the platform (such as wrong item sent, missing items, or product quality issues), our liability is strictly limited to one of the following:
- A free reprint and reshipment of the affected item(s), or
- A refund up to the original order value (excluding any indirect losses)
We shall not be held liable for any indirect or consequential damages, including but not limited to:
- Delays or losses related to events or sales opportunities
- Damage to brand reputation or social media feedback
- Emotional distress or other non-quantifiable claims
Final Interpretation
ACGGOODS reserves the right of final interpretation and adjustment of this policy as needed.
