All products on ACGGOODS are made to order. We work with artists to bring you unique merchandise, produced by our factory and shipped via third-party logistics partners. Here’s how it works:

Step 2: We receive your order and start processing it.

Step 3: Our factory begins production of your customized items.

Step 4: Once completed, we package and ship the products to your doorstep.

Creating an ACGGOODS account is free. As a buyer, you get access to custom merchandise designed by global independent artists. As an artist, you can also open a shop and start selling your work—no upfront cost required.

Currently, ACGGOODS only supports the purchase of physical products with YCH merch commissions. You can search “YCH” on the search bar.

No, all orders must be prepaid online at checkout.

We currently accept one payment method per order.

This is usually a bank authorization hold. It should be released within a few days. If not, contact your payment provider or ⁠contact us.

The PayPal will only charge the pledge fee US$2.98 at the time you paid, and the remaining fee + shipping fee will be an “authorization payment” and be held, while you can not use this payment.

This is a strict risk-prevention measure required by international credit card networks. The payment verification process has been implemented to protect your financial security, prevent fraudulent charges, and save you from potential losses. It is because your bank or the credit card network has flagged your current payment environment as potentially insecure. Common triggers for this include:

Please call the customer service number on the back of your credit card. Inform your bank that you are attempting a legitimate online transaction and provide them with the necessary verification. Once the bank authorizes the charge, you can try checking out again, and the payment should process successfully.

Depending on your country’s regulations, customs or VAT may apply. Buyers are responsible for any applicable import fees. But ACGGOODS offers tariffs-free for US, EU countries.

Tracking info will be available after your order ships. Use the tracking link in your order page or in your email.

Address changes are only possible before the order enters production. You can change the shipping address on your order status before it ships. If the order was shipped, you can not change the shipping address anymore. If you still want to change the shipping address, we suggest you to contact the post office with the tracking information.

Orders are shipped directly from our production partners in China.

Currently, we do not support military base addresses.

Standard, Fast and Express shipping are available at checkout. Delivery time varies by destination.

You can sign up and start your shop for free. Simply register on website here and waiting for staff’s review. If you use any AI-content, the submissions will be rejected.

No upfront payment is required. We only take a service fee from each sale.

Once you registered your shop, please follow up the instructions on Dashboard, you can add the products from Wooacry’s product category, adjust placements, and publish.

The email address can not be changed currently. You can only delete your account by contacting our staff and register a new account.

Please contact us if you want to close or delete your account. We may need you to verify your account or your shop.

Currently, we only support PayPal and we will add more payout methods in the future.

Please check the date after “Delivered”, if it’s within the current month. For example: The order was paid on 21st August, and delivered on 10th September. The earnings of this order will be confirmed on September.

Payouts are processed based on our payout schedule, typically monthly. Please check more information on your store dashboard- wallet.

Only the money in “Available Balance” will be paid monthly. You’ll need to link your PayPal or supported payment account to receive payouts. We will send you the earnings monthly, you don’t need to apply for the withdrawal.

The order was paid but still not “confirmed” (delivery date+7 days).

Yes, order history and sales reports can be exported from your dashboard.

Display currency can be change on top of the website. But the billing currency is still in USD currently.

We provide custom backing card service. Please check on store’s dashboard – Custom Package section for more information.

Merch Maker turns your artwork into an interactive dress-up maker and physical merch. It’s completely free to use. We only deduct the production cost when an item sells and you keep the rest of the profit.

Maker Product is an interactive experience. Artists upload design assets, turning the product into a dress-up maker. Fans get to play, customize their own unique version, and we manufacture their specific creation.

Standard Product is fixed designs. Artists upload the final artwork, and fans purchase the finished merchandise directly as-is.

For the best print quality, we recommend uploading the images that meet the design requirements. For more information, please check individual product pages for details.

You retain 100% ownership and copyright of your original designs. By uploading your files, you are simply granting Merch Maker the permission to display, produce, and fulfill your items. We will never claim ownership of your art or use it elsewhere without your consent.

While we love the creative community, selling fan art is subject to the original IP owner’s Fan Art Guidelines. If an IP owner prohibits commercial use and issues a takedown notice, we are legally required to remove the product.
