Shipping Services
All products are shipped by ACGGOODS, and we offer worldwide shipping methods. The customers are responsible for actual shipping costs. We offer two shipping methods (please refer to individual product pages for rates and timeframes):
Standard Shipping: Estimated 10–15 days
Fast Shipping: Estimated 5–8 days
Fulfillment & Tracking
Once payment is confirmed, your order will enter automatic production and will be shipped within 3–5 business days. All packages are shipped from China and delivered to most countries and regions worldwide. Every order comes with free real-time tracking, which can be accessed in your order history — no additional fees are required.

The delivery time shown on product pages is for reference only. Actual delivery time may vary due to factors including:
Flight delays, extreme weather, or customs inspections
Local holidays or postal service schedules
Changes in national regulations or unforeseen events
These are considered uncontrollable international shipping factors and are not eligible for after-sales claims.

Other Countries/Regions:
Customers are fully responsible for any import taxes, duties, or fees as required by their local laws.
ACGGOODS is not liable for losses or issues resulting from:
Unpaid duties
Refused delivery
Packages returned, delayed, or destroyed by customs
Address & Contact Information Responsibility
Please ensure all shipping addresses and phone numbers are accurate at the time of order. If an order fails to be delivered, is returned, or lost due to incorrect/incomplete information or unresponsive contact, ACGGOODS will not provide refunds or reshipment.
Important Reminders
All packages are shipped internationally. Customs clearance and shipping may take time — please plan your purchase accordingly. Do not submit refund or cancellation requests solely due to shipping time not matching your expectations. If your package encounters issues due to incorrect address, refused delivery, or failure to pay customs duties, ACGGOODS will not issue replacements or refunds.
