when commissioning me you can expect to receive your art within a month after placing your order. if i have not finished the art after two months you may request a refund. as the art is being made i will reach out to you with consistent progress updates. you will always get at least two updates before the artwork is completed. during any of these updates you may ask for changes and revisions. you may not ask me to start over or make big changes to the work one it is finished. if you do this you will be charged extra. once the art is finished you will be sent a transparent png file of the finished work
