If no custom design is provided, we will simply package your product using the standard ACGgoods backing card.
Not at all. Orders featuring custom backing cards follow the same production timeline as standard orders, with an estimated turnaround of 3–5 business days. Please refer to our latest announcements for any future updates regarding production times.
Not at the moment. Currently, all custom backing cards are produced as standard square cards. Custom shapes and specialty cutting options will be introduced in future updates.
Any product that currently includes our standard backing card packaging can be upgraded with your own custom design—even for a single order.
Uploading your custom design takes just a few simple steps:
- Go to your product list: Navigate to My Products, locate a product that supports custom backing cards, and click Edit.
- Upload your file: On the product editing page, locate the Custom Package section and upload your design file.
- Check supported products. View the complete list of products available for custom backing cards.
- Customize your items: Within your product list, any item with the packaging status set to "Default" supports custom backing card designs.
