Hello everyone, as we approach the Lunar New Year (Spring Festival), we would like to share our holiday arrangements. Please note that while our office and factory will have a holiday break, our website remains open for orders 24/7. The holiday primarily affects production times and support response speeds.

Order Paid Before 2026/1/30 23:59, will be shipped before 2026/2/11

Order Paid during 2026/1/31 00:00 – 2026/2/24 23:59, will be shipped before 2026/3/12

Order Paid after 2026/2/25 00:00, will be shipped within 7- 15 days.

Note:

You can place orders as usual during the holiday. We will set another announcement if we resume the normal production time (5-7 days).

During this period, we may not be able to help you solve problems on time but we highly recommend you check our Help Center and FAQs.

We are sorry to refuse any refund or cancellation for paid orders due to our policy. Please check the design details carefully before you place any orders.

You can change the shipping address before the order is shipped anytime.
